So are mine but us and Harold maybe the only 3 running web servers.

And the ones I run
elsewhere run about 175M a week.

Which option? I want a full time internet connection with no restrictions
on what protocols I can run. And the high speed.

What i meant was the options on whether having a web server capability was
worth while, yes in our case the volumes are very low, however with this
service there would be nothing stopping someone running many gigabytes a
month with a 'professional' web site(s), the states generally do not allow
that but do offer a low rate tariff as compensation.

flat rate tarriff? yes but, fat chance for at least a year til the new cable
comes on line i reckon....
