I disagree. If you can update your DNS often, it's OK. But what if you can't?

I'm running a DNS server and I have to tell Internic about the change in IP....
and we all know how long *that* takes!

thanks for the tip. Didn't know they existed. It won't work for my needs,
but it's good to know about them.
