Ok, I have another suggestion for ADSL pricing:-
Telecom could bill the customer $59 for the ADSL service and the ISP could
bill the customer for traffic. In this way the customer could shop around
and get the best rate for his traffic i.e. get National traffic at a
different rate than International traffic. If Telecom are worried about
maintaining IP Net they could charge the customer a small traffic based levy
say 1 or 2 cents per Meg.
What do you guys think?
