This is the IP of one of the 2 name servers you are meaning - -yes?
Not the IP of the domain
Internic requires two name servers - but the propagation delay in the
change of ip for the domain is dependant on the ttl on the primary.

Ideally the name servers would be run off XTRA with an ability to
update the reverse table, say via rfc2317 for classless IN-ADDR.ARPA
delegation, do that reverse lookups work properly
