I must admit i had assumed telecoms 'bit' was the standing charge and all
volume chrage was via xtra (ie the isps). If your telling me all you get is
the $40 then there is no point in signing up for adsl as an isp surely? For
paradise i would assume Saturn's cable would be the way to go, except for
telecom's agressive pricing leaves the old Saturn cost structure dead. I ppl
think ADSL is OTT then cable $/volume will make your eyes water.......

I had hoped the use/cost of ADSL would be realistic and NZ as a whole would
benefit at the moment it doesnt look good.....
