DHCP ip address assignment is unrelated to this part of the redback config. IP
adresses are assigned currently via radius profile (the radius attributes used
are Framed-Address and Framed-Netmask), but this can be filtered via the radius
proxy (run by IPnet), so that an IP address pool configured on the NAS takes
precedence.
