    Yep I meant the list which hopefully is where you will read this....

    I don't know much about how exchanges are designed but I can
share a
feeling that the near end crosstalk that is often described as the reason
for providing asycronous rather than syncronous bandwith is no longer a
big issue technically? (yes... it is a question:).

.sig Handy concept though for muddying the waters and supporting the
propsition that residential users don't run services. (oops there's that
cynic again)
