For ADSL or Internet in general? For Internet, it's a mixed bag. Some of each.

Well, whereever they have installed. Which it pretty wide in the Wellington
area. They've been in Ngaio at least two years. Maybe three. Can't recall.

I understand that clear do not have any connections to private homes. They
use Telecom's copper from the exchange to your house. I think they do run lines
to some businesses.

So, if the above is correct, only Saturn and Telecom have lines to your house.
 If you're lucky enough to be in the Saturn area.
