Yes, a PVC (private virtual circuit) between the ADSL Network and Xtra's CAR (customer access router) scrambled and the whole network went down for about 20 minutes. Investigations are underway to find out how, why etc...

Did anyone else notice the service interruption this afternoon?

I'm not sure of the downtime, but I was told by the help line that they noticed
it about 1:30 and fixed it about 10 minutes after I rang. But I may have my
times wrong there. I was in a noisy environment when they rang me back.
