Maybe Telecom has decided to go fully dynamic just before their launch so
the new ppl dont know any different, if its a regular change at the same
time then it suggests a deliberate act. Unless they still cant control the
RAN..........

Dont the adsl helpdesk suggest anything?

Subject: regular IP changes?

It may be coincidence, or it may be the result of maintenance, but every
morning now, for about a week, I've had an IP address change
sometime between 5 and 7 am.

On the plus side, I can change my zone files now in about 2 minutes.
<grin>
