Billing queries unanswered

I've rung 0800-738-738 three times this week. Each time the call was unanswered and I left a message.
They have not rung me back. That is disgraceful service.

Has anyone ever spoken to anyone on that number? Any other suggestions on how to talk to someone about my $800 bill?

Right now I'm heading down to my bank to revoke my direct debit authority. There's no way they are getting
anything from me given their total lack of response.
