The RAN appears stable. Famous Last Words.

The XTRA/ADSL help desk (0800-738-738) said a 7-minute job this am
took longer than expected. It looks to me like the RAN kept going
up/down and issuing us new IPs. For now, the mailing list server is at
210.55.152.41 so if you wish to post to the list try:

        adsl@[210.55.152.41]

instead of the usual address. The DNS records are not yet up to date.

For those of you curious: *I* am able to send to the list because the list
server is sitting behind me and I don't need to know the external
address.

I'll keep an eye on the IP from home and try to implement any changes
ASAP. From memory, the .cx domain should within the next 12 hours.
Internic could be 1-3 days, based on history. Mind you, I've sent them
three HOST modifies in the past hour. Perhaps they'll still love me in
the morning.

Remember: don't be rude.
