Can telecom even guarantee accuracy? for the first few weeks i was logging
hours... Second according to the RAN my IP is 210.55.118.30 and has been for
2 +weeks, if its what they think I have news for them its only been on that
IP for 4 days if telecom cannot keep track of my IP via the RAN how can they
bill?. If the accounts program pulls off the RAN then its obvious there is a
good chance the bill is incorrect. My volume is about 340meg this month
which due to the fact I lost one weekend total use plus all 4 weeks days due
to their outages as i couldnt find my box is what i would expect...i think.

Subject: A bill of $865.98
Today I received my bill for the period ending 15 Jun 1999. It was for
$865.98. This is rather strange because for the many weeks prior to
this bill coming out, I kept getting "no current usage available for
junkmale" (my user id). Then one day it gave it a total of about $700
and something. I'd check it now but it appears that the billing system is
offline.
I intend to ring Telecom about this bill tomorrow and talk about it.
There's very little chance of me paying that amount given the fact that I
was unable to keep track of my usage during that month. Then all of a
sudden it tells me I've done over 2G (this volume is based on memory
and I'll verify that as soon as the billing page is up).
