Now there is a suprise. Telecom I think have said all along that they are
aiming the product at the rich end of the scale only, the ones that can
afford to pay through the nose for it and will not use it much anyway.

Its like $1500 mobile phones, some techno yuppies will get it because its
the thing to have.

I think there is a small percentage of ppl say 5~10% that cost isp's money
due to their 'excessive use' (one guy i know had an isp encourage him to
move as he used their flat rate service too much!) telecom is not aiming
adsl at that market i think.

complain about static IP's and the traffic limit
