OK, well, I don't condone in anyway the expletives or vehemence of the post,
but similarly I am a little disappointed that this should result in people
resigning the list, in as much as I expect they get a proportion of phone
callers who are similarly badly behaved and I doubt that they relinquish their
phones over it. It is a sad thing that one persons outburst, however
justifiable, or not, should result in the input from the rest of us now being
studiously ignored.

There's bashing, and then there's constructive criticism, bathos, hyperbole
and irony... some of those can work over the long term, <grin>.
