Perhaps you've forgotten that people have recently removed themselves
from the list. People that may have been able to answer these
questions. Now ask yourself why they left.

If I worked for Telecom/Xtra, and I was reading what you wrote, I would
be unsubscribing too. It is good you are no longer abusive, but geez,
stick to the issues and leave the emotion out of it. If it bothers me, it
certainly bothers them.
