I got a "Dear Test Pilot" letter giving the telecom-usage URL.
it said that the user name wold be the area code with out the zero
followed by the phone number (8 digits) The password was to be the
account number. In some cases it did not work at all. Mine for
example was misloaded and it took a while to sort it out.
otoh I note that the last recorde use on the XTRA page was the 22 July
and the telecom one says 20:42 22 July as well come to think of it
the log on (assuemed renegotiation) on the xtra one is 8:47 PM which seems
suspiciously consistent.
 I still do not know if 1. I am going to get 300 or 600 mb 2. whether
the present cycle for the limit is Xtra billing cycle (in my case on the 7th)
the Telecom billing cycle (around the 20th ) or the jetstream cycle (27th)
Actually it will be the 27th from August 27th according to the statement
"we will be moving you over to the Jetsream 600 from the 1st August" (not
a direct quote) from I thnk the Test pilot letter. But from 1 July
to 27 August I can only assume that I get 300 Mb to the 7 Aug and either 300
again till 27th Aug or a prorata based on daily average.
Not what I would call reasonable but it would have some consistency
