hmm,
Ok in the deregulated electricity market groups of like buyers come together
to form buying groups we are doing that at the moment.
Why cant a large group of adsl users get together and buy volume? formimng a
collective isp? I know this probably isnt practical right now but maybe
someday soon it will be.
