It seems to me that Telecom are selling you your traffic here.

As I understand it, Telecom consider ADSL as a (pretty much) direct
connection to NetGate. This is why you tell _Telecom_ how much traffic
you're going to do, and your payment to the ISP stays the same.

ISP's here are charging you only for DNS, Mail and (maybe) disk space for
a web site.

AFAIK, Paradise and World-Net are both on board, charging the same rate as
Xtra ($20).
