Conspiracy theory? AGAIN? <grin>

As mention in a previous message, the frequent IP changes were
related to RAN problems. Apparently the RAN has been fixed. Hence
the lack of change.

A thought: Telecom are providing transport only. They don't provide the
IP. That "belongs" to the ISP. And so does the DNS to resolve that IP.
 People also know who to complain to if you act up: your ISP. Not that
everyone online has their ISP resolve[1] their IP.

[1] - by resolve their IP, I mean the process of associating 210-55-152-
102.ipnets.xtra.co.nz with 210.55.152.102.
