If you use irc - Internet relay chat(?) its sort of an older version of icq
this has "meeting rooms" known as channels where numbers of people join to
chat (ive seen 150+) on common subjects that interest them. A DCC session is
a direct computer to computer connection for either transferring files or a
personal 1 to 1 chat. This firewall stops me sending files outwards but i
can receive them and chat so its no biggy for me personally.
