IP Changes

I have been informed by my contact in Telecom that the current dynamic
nature of our IP's is not by design, but a problem with the software in the
RAN. They are working with Nocia to resolve it.

Also my contact has told me that they don't intend to stop anyone from
running a server on their ADSL connection. In time you will be able to order
a static IP perhaps for an additional cost.

I think that if we are patient we will see some significant improvements in
the service.
