Yes, a Paradise customer would, similar to the situation where you wanted a
second phone line, the access is provided by some one other than the ISP, so
you'd be back to Clear, Saturn, Telecom. The only access I can think of that
is uniquely owned/provided by the ISP is StarNet from IHUG. But I suspect
other satellite services will emerge that will take you to the ISP of your
choice.
