here we are seeing Telecom supposedly restricting ADSL to stop the collapse
of their DDS services and in the USA they are being busy,

This begs the question do telecom have their heads buried in the sand? why
not go for high volume services and grow usage instead of artificially
restricting the service and killing growth?
