Is everyone else still suffering IP changes? The xtra status says no problems.

I just rang Xtra to enquire about going to the 1.5Gig/month service and they redirected me to Telecom, who will get back to me....If I was a Paradise customer would I still have to goto Telecom and not my ISP ? seems a little odd.
