Not sure whether it was Paradise or Saturn who cranked down the bandwidth, or
quantification of the drop, but yes, it's true.

Competitors only marginally improve on Telecom, they want their snouts and
trotters in the trough too, and when they saw how much more they could gouge
(after all, their costs didn't increase now did they) they have no hesitation
in digging in.
