I reckon that the 39.99 refers to the XTRA $40 per month and the
109.01 is for data trafic _*during the period that is mentioned
next to the amounts*_
You should also have a 30 modem rental (and possibly a credit for
it) and a line charge.
Looking on my XTRA on line accoutn for Perios ended 7th Aug I see

of 6.88 +GST for I guess the 1st aug to 7th aug for the 40 pm fee
a charge of 20 incl gst for 7Aug to & Sept
a charge of ~ 3.87 inc GST for the 1st - 7th of Aug
I expect to see these charges under my Telecom bill on around the
20th Aug
under invoice 3569943.
If you check the bill for Invoice numbers then check back on the
XTRA home page you should be able to match them off.
