try
1. tcp pinholes only - no udp
2. tcp 1 -65536 udp 1024 - 65536

 What is the oeprating system win 95/ 98 / NT ?
In each case can yu connect to the Net to surf or not ?
Do you have any other oddities happening with the computer when
you
have UDP open?
