5.1.3 is available via tftp at 203.96.111.18, the filename is m10c_513.r2

people with 5.0.1 may be able to upgrade (if they want to risk it). people with
5.1.0 won't be able to as it requires the the 'root' password so to speak on the
m10 (the system doesn't actually care about usernames)

I have manually upgraded my 5.1.0 modem, but sorry I can't give out the password

the 5.1.0 people should contact the adsl helpdesk (as should the 5.0.1 people)
