In short, it's $114.95 a month and includes a cap on traffic. Traffic
above that attracts a charge of $.35 for international, and .0035 for
national (per MB). How much you get per month depends on your split
of national and international to a total of $175 based on the rates
metioned above. For an addtional $25, you get nother $175 worth of
traffic.

The above is for 512kbps down and 128kbps up. For $30 you can get 2
Mbps downstream and 256kbps up.

Deals are available for cable tv, phone lines, etc.

No idea about the static IP.

This sounds like a really good deal. I'll be keen to hear from users of
