Having been under pressure at times from numerous/multiple attacks at
various stages in the last 18 months and having had no joy with
complaints off more than a handful of USA/AsiaPacific ISPs, its nice to
see a forthright policy.

I assume xtra/telecom are the same? i know ihug dont care as this was
one of the NZ/AU ISPs who never responded to my repeated complaints.

I must admit i sometimes portscan an IP but thats only in retaliation to
a scan on me, I like to let people know ive seen their show and i keep
my logs for a few weeks in case my ISP questions my actions.
