I am. Try www.unixathome.org and decide for yourself how fast it is.

I would not recommend it for big time ecommerce. Once static IPs are
available, the viability of a website on ADSL is greatly improved. I
wouldn't see www.aardvark.co.nz on ADSL, but www.uniforum.org.nz
would be fine. It's a matter of traffic volume.

I get very few web hits. So the volume isn't an issue.
