who at telecom is responsable for getting something done about our ADSL
problems, after seeing the posts about actrix i recall thinking "wow, but
it cant be true.. after the past few outages and trying to deal with
telecom to get them solved i can sympathize with people like actrix -
almost 6 days worth of outage for our static IP customers while telecom
debate over backing out patches they applied at the time is pretty
shocking service when they control our QOS - how can an ISP operate when
telecom control pretty much everything to do with the connectivity and
shockingly at that.

and please dont say "talk to your account manager" because we scream at
him now and still nothing gets done.

one wonders whatever happened to reliable service. (i recall someone
quoteing a 99%+ uptime ?????? at this rate lets call it 75%)

one also wonders whatever happened to "advance warning" before changes
were implemented to major parts of the network.
