6 days???? BAH thats nothing............. try this one on for size...

We have a customer on the Glenfield ran in Auckland who had been up and
working for weeks. Suddenyl it they stopped, the Authentication requests
didnt even reach our server. After 1 week we were able to find out what the
problem was with it..... framed relay. From what I was told from Alan
Metford Taylor and Vance McIndoe was that ADSL off the glenfield ran would
not work with Framed relay (Funny It had been for the entire time before
hand with no problems). Which only means Telecom changed something. Changed
it without consideration for the ISP's offering this service. Changed it
without notifying the ISP's involved.

Seeing as the ISP recieves the Complaint from the customer, and seeing that
Mark Barlow himself has told me that we are not to give the customers the
Jetstream support phone numbers... this makes the ISP look like they are
useless and incompitant.

This user in Question is, and has been for about 20 days now unable to
conect to us. YES Telecom we know its a framed relay issue... but Why did it
work for over a month previous to the 1st of this month?? and why if it was
changed where we not notified??

All credit and thanks to xtra for the temparary login which has allowed to
our customer to be connected for this period of disaray

Thats the problem right there.. NO ONE is willing to accept responsibility.
Even the so called ADSL manager fobs you off to a techie when you call with
a problem.
