4 weeks and still waiting for an installer to ring me - it was three weeks
before i got to the point where i got the ADSL application form and after
trying to explain to the lady that i only wanted the M10 external modem i
*still* had to fill it out and fax it back to her, three days after faxing
it back i rung telecom to ask why i hadnt been contacted by an installer,
they claimed they had "lost" my job - yet after resubmitting it and
marking it as urgent i am still awaiting someone to ring me - the job was
marked urgent on wednesday - its now saturday afternoon, if anyone out
there is thinking of moveing house/offices i suggest you organise your new
jetstream around a month in advance - mabee more
