No static IPs. (See FAQ.) TOS requires one modem to only one PC. Whatever
that means.

Flat rate as well. I wonder how they'll deal with hard core downloaders.

Saturn areas I assume, until the maybe leverage there wireless technology
over here.

They seem more residental focused though.
