We're not using DHCP (anywhere), and that's not exactly what we're wanting..
Rather:
Client PC --> Linux Gateway --> WinNT Server --> Internet
ISDN is on the NT box, so it shouldn't have anything to do with ADSL at
all.. Would just go thru the LAN.
I've had a look in Network options and 'IP Forwarding', but I don't think
that's exactly what I want.. I'm looking more for something like MS Proxy,
just telling the NT box that 'anything coming from [this IP] proxy'.. This
seems impossible under MS Proxy. I DON'T want forwarding between LAN
subnet's (sorry if I didn't clarify this). Just something in NT that will
act as a proxy, but without NT authentication (which I don't think Linux
would support anyhow).

So your setup is as follows:
Client PC --> WinNT Server --> Linux Gateway --> ADSL --> Internet
Is your linux gateway plugged directly into your hub? Is your WinNT server
the DHCP server, or are you not using DHCP?
