You'll need RRAS on the servers for starters and set up a route between the
two.
Rather than go into a lengthy explanation here, I suggest you check out the
MS Technet Web site (Use the www.asia.microsoft.com mirror site...tends to
be faster for us) there are some pretty good papers there, including the
whole NT Resource kit documentation which covers the setup, both for NT4
server and Win2k.

I haven't done it myself on B/Office small Business server, but I don't
believe the differences are major.
