No thats not Normal. Contact your ISP and tell them, they then should put
you onto telecom and arange the problem to be sorted.

Just had Jetstream installed this morning (after a 2 month delay from
Telecom!) One of the most annoying problems arises when the connection is
saturated, either by downloads or heavy browsing, the M10 just stops working
and you have to turn it off, and then back on again. Have any of you
experienced this before? Performed a ping flood on it and for sure it
stopped again!

Downloaded JetWiz, ran it... only to find that it restarts the modem and
changes the username to the games context! How annoying is that!!??

It's only been 4hrs approx. and we've had to turn it on and off 3 times!
