Hi,

I'm trying to change the SNMP contact on our M10, but it's not working..
after I click save, it comes up with:

conf

Config Mode v1.0
(user-admin level privileges -- read/write)

WARNING: Other administrators are already in config
mode. Changes you make will affect them, and
vice versa. Leaving config mode and doing 'who'
is recommended.
Telecom Fast Access (top)>> set snmp sysgroup contact "michael"

Error: invalid command `snmp'.

Telecom Fast Access (top)>> set snmp sysgroup location "wellington"

Error: invalid command `snmp'.

Telecom Fast Access (top)>> set snmp traps authentication-traps off

Error: invalid command `snmp'.

Telecom Fast Access (top)>> sa

Configuration data have not been changed.

Telecom Fast Access (top)>> q force

After this, I try to ping something from our gateway, and the pings timeout.
The only thing I can ping after that is my peer address. I seem to be able
to ping outside from the telnet interface, but not from the box connected to
the M10.. Anyone had anything similar happen? Would it be a fault with the
M10?

Also: is it possible to change the hostname of it, from "Telecom Fast
Access"?

Cheers
