Hi Andrew,

We haven't tried to upgrade your modem yet! The upgrade process will take a week or so though so please be patient.
Once we have finished upgrading all the modems we can remotely, we will generate a report of who wasn't upgraded and try to determine why. Usual issues are - Telnet (port 23) pinholed, admin password changed by user or modem switched off.
We will then contact people and resolve the issue in an appropriate fashion.

I deleted the message he sent (perhaps someone could repost), but I was sure
the ADSL manager said firmwares would be updated between midnite and 6am
today - well, I'm still on 5.1.0 here....
