That's because the wind blows all the clouds away!

I've come to the realisation that Wellington weather, especially in winter,
is extreme. It's either one of those fantastic days where you can see the
snow on the Tararua's reflecting in the Harbour, or utterly awful with a
gale force wind directly off the polar ice cap blowing sleet horizontally at
you. No comprimises!
