A little tip on having Saturn services installed.
Saturn have two types of install crew
- contractors, who do the phone, cable TV and cable outlets
- staff who do faults and cable modem
If you get a cable modem, you will get both crews coming. Always take the
last appointment of the day for the contractors. They will always come on
the day they say but unless you get the first appointment (fat chance), they
will usually be late. If you're taking time off work, get the last
appointment so you won't waste the whole day.
On another topic....
I know chello only supports a single PC accessing the service, but is there
anything to stop you setting that PC up as a proxy server (or firewall with
NAT)? The price is the same as the normal Saturn cable service but with
unlimited traffic, so why would you stay with the current service?
