A new version of the Chello FAQ up at:

I've added a new section showing routes/loss/ping times from my Chello
connection to a few game servers, as requested. Also, the list of
providers offering cable connections has had a couple more added to it.
There's now a bit of a speil about the relationship between Chello,
Saturn, Telstra, et al, which no-one will care about but I added it anyway
:)
