you can monitor the m10 with smtp for the usage IT says it is using. Try comparing that with what Telecom say.

I downloaded a 310 MB file in 1hr 10 minutes so 130 MB in an hour is by no means impossible. (mine was from an ftp site in nz)

I have been monitoring my jetstream usage last evening as it appeared it was
going to be the end on the billing period, ie 5/6 of each month. at 22:07 I
was at about 580 MB

its only 54 minutes into new month and I have already done 130 MB even on
jetstream I'd be hard pressed to download that much data in 54 minutes
It would appear that last month has some how dropped 130 MB to register only
450 MB

What is telecom up to
