Sorry, but unless you have two physical cable modems, this isn't going to
work. It's not an issue to do with any IP-level filtering, but that the
"package" provided to customers of the two networks are kept seperate at
the cable provisioning level - your cable modem will only ever see one
providers network.

If you had two cable modem connections (ie, including modem) and Saturn's
network will physically allow you to do this, and they will
philosophically allow you to, then it's probably only access lists
on Chello's borders to contend with..

And guess what, they don't have any egress filtering right now.. *joy*
