I had a call from a Jetstream contractor a couple of weeks ago to say that a
'filter' had to be replaced.
I asked if it required access to my house and was assured that it didn't so
didn't make any arrangements.

However a technician showed up a few days later while I was out of town.
Because he came unnanounced he was refused access and went away again.

I logged a call with Jetstream help to find out what it was all about, but
haven't heard a thing since apart from an acknowledgement of the email, and
the team who contacted me to send me my M11 prior the exchange DSLAM upgrade
last week knew nothing about it.
