Hi,

I believe that we're seeing short 30-60 second outages on some JS circuits.

Frequency appears to be from 1 to 6 per day and may be increasing recently.

They'd be virtually 'invisible" to an email system, and don't cause too much
hassle to web-browsing users - although they are noticable.

However, to those on WAN/VPN/Extranet systems they are potentially a very
*serious* problem, as timeouts kick in and sessions are lost. Given this is
the area that many of us here are forging ahead with, it seems a good idea
to get a handle on this issue now, before it causes real difficulty.

 - Are others having this problem?
 - What's the best approach to track and record these?
 - What's the cause?
 - Can/Will Telecom act to sort them out if given evidence?

 - Steve
