this is telecoms subnet they use to upload new configs and such forth to
your M10, so basicly, nope, cant do this, besides, why would telecom give
you a reduced data rate if your already paying the current rate ?

as for all being on the same subnet, you would still need to subnet this
down as you wouldnt be on the same physical network and would have
gateways between needed to route traffic to the various networks, might as
well use 10.x.x.x or 192.168.x.x subnets in this case :) the actual
numbers dont make that much of a difference.
