I suspect the calls been 'lost' in the wood work. I was told the problem
was resolved around 9:30-10:00 am this morning. As the people working on it
were working directly with ICONZ it is possible the news hasn't got back to
the ADSL helpdesk yet, I'll check on where that's at. Meant time I suggest
you check with ICONZ, or just try it :-)

I believe this problem has been solved. Suggest you discuss it with ICONZ.

We have just had a problem with PAP authentication error on an ICONZ user
name. we have been given a temporary xtra login which works fine. I was told
by one of the help desk staff at Telecom that they have had other users with
similar problems. Any one else had this (especially at iconz?)
